Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thecrucibleprotocol.com and any services provided by The Crucible Protocol ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

The Crucible Protocol provides pre-diligence screening services for business acquisition decisions. Our services are designed to help buyers evaluate whether a deal warrants formal due diligence — they are decision-support tools, not professional advice.

All paid engagements are governed by a separate Engagement Letter that both parties sign before work begins. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Engagement Letter, the Engagement Letter controls.

2. Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this site or in any report, assessment, or communication from The Crucible Protocol constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. We are not attorneys, CPAs, registered investment advisors, or licensed brokers. See our full Disclaimer.

3. Waitlist and Email Communications

By joining our waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from The Crucible Protocol. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not sell or share your contact information with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The Crucible Protocol methodology, ANALYZE/VERIFY framework, Confidence Cap Rule, Verification Agenda, and all associated materials are proprietary to The Crucible Protocol. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our methodology without express written permission.

Screen reports delivered to clients are for the client's personal use only. They may not be shared publicly, redistributed, or used as the basis for a competing product or service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Crucible Protocol's total liability for any claim arising from use of this site or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site, but we make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Site content may change without notice.

7. Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Arizona.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
